Due to overwhelming response to the Chicago meeting, region IV registration is now closed.

Getting Around Chicago
Flying in to Chicago? Here are directions on how to get to the Drake Hotel from O’Hare or from Midway.
For those driving in, parking is available at $67/night for valet and $47/night for self parking. Self parking is located at 900 N. Michigan which is the Bloomingdales building, which is right across the street from the Drake. Event parking for the day is $26/day and is valet only.

Stay an Extra Day - Optional Full Day Research Tour, Thursday, April 30, 2015
Since you’re already in Chicago, why not stay an extra day for a tour of premier academic research institutions in the area? Participants are urged to register early as space is limited. The cost is $60 and you can register on the conference registration page.
Departing from the Drake Hotel on Thursday morning, attendees will travel by motor coach to sessions at three locations. Each had historic beginnings and now thrive as research centers. Participants will be treated to success stories from the University of Chicago, University of Illinois at Chicago, Rush University, Northwestern University, Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago, Lurie Children’s Hospital and others. There will be a special emphasis on elements of successful scientific and administrative international collaborations. As an added bonus, participants will get a Chicago bus tour while traveling between sites!
Lunch is included, snacks and drinks are provided en route, and remember to wear comfortable shoes.

Guidebook is HERE! Conference information and schedule will be available via the Guidebook app, where you can build a customized schedule for yourself and access it easily from your mobile device. The guide will include full session descriptions, room locations and hotel maps. Saturday, April 25th
We have reached our maximum amount of available rooms at the conference negotiated rate on Saturday night, April 25th. There are still rooms available at the hotel for Saturday evening, but the rate is quite high, $319 and above. We were able to add on a few extra rooms on Saturday night at a new negotiated rate of $289.
If you are interested in reserving Saturday evening as part of your longer stay at the hotel, you will need to make two separate reservations in order to use the conference rate of $209 on your additional nights. Your first reservation will be for Saturday evening at the $289 rate, and your second reservation will be for your remaining nights at the $209 rate. The Drake will tie your reservations together when you check in.

Hotel Reservation Information
The Spring Meeting will be held at the historic Drake Hotel in downtown Chicago. Reservations can be made online or by calling 1-800-55-DRAKE.

Continuing Education Units (CEU)
Registrants will receive continuing education units and credit for all modules and plenaries they attend during the meeting.
Continuing Education Unit (CEU) is a nationally recognized measure of participation in a continuing education program. A CEU is defined as ten hours of program contact (1 CEU = 10 hours of education programming). In countries, such as Canada, the term Continuing Education Credit (CEC) is used instead.
For verification of attendance, please email a list of all modules you attended to NCURA Region IV after May 1, 2015.
