Spring Meeting Sneak Peeks
The Spring Meeting is a great opportunity for professional development, networking and fun! Meeting attendees will choose from a wide range of concurrent sessions during the two and a half days of regular conference scheduling on Monday through Wednesday, May 2-4. Topics covered include pre-award, post-award, research compliance, effort reporting, and more. Optional special interest workshops will be held on Sunday, May 1. These sessions provide great supplemental information to the regular program as well as ideal stand-alone learning opportunities for those who just can't be away from their office during the week.

Volunteers Needed!
Whether you are a first-time attendee or a long-standing NCURA member, volunteering is a terrific way to immerse yourself in the Spring Meeting. Many fun opportunities exist - help at the registration desk, lead a dinner group, or be a host in the hospitality suite or at the newcomer reception. Get involved!

Tuesday Night Event
Howdy pardners! Bring your best cowboy/cowgirl attire for the celebration on Tuesday night. Never line danced before? No problem! A quick lesson will be held from 5:00 - 6:00 pm on Tuesday night so you will be ready to kick up your heels. Even if you are not into country music, please attend! The DJ will play a variety of music and there will also be an area for conversation. And, come hungry as heavy appetizers will be served. A great time will be had by all!

Shuttle Service from Airport
There is a significantly larger distance between the hotel and airport this year. This year we have partnered with SuperShuttle to pass on a group discount for incoming Region IV Members. Multiple shuttles leave every 30 minutes from the airport. SuperShuttle is charging $32 round trip to NCURA Region IV members. To book, follow the instruction below:
Go to the SuperShuttle NCURA link. The group discount code is (KAWNJ).
If you would rather make a reservation by phone, they can call 1.800.BLUEVAN (258.3826) to reach the reservation center and give the agent the discount code KAWNJ.
Once you arrive at the airport, collect your luggage and check in at the SuperShuttle office located across from baggage claim inside the terminal. You can also check in using your smart phone/device.
